Refund Policy

DASP application

ELTAX Accountants does not provide refund in the following situations:

  • DASP process is suspended due to the client is return to Australia or not leave Australia
  • Client fails to provide the documents required by Superfund companies or ATO (the Superfund companies and ATO have the right to request various types of documents including bank statement , prove of address, prove of change name)
  • DASP application has started (e.g. documents have been prepared, the application has been submitted, the cancellation visa documents have been prepared, etc.), and the client temporarily choose to suspend or stop DASP application
  • For a private reason, client decide not to continuous the application
  • If the fund balance more than AUD$5000, Superannuation company may request additional certificate (fee applied)

If you need a refund, please note that our company there will be an administrative fee of AUD$50.

Tax return service or other accounting services

ELTAX Accountants do not provide refund in the following situations:

  • The tax return has been drafted/prepared/lodged, and the client decides to suspend or stop the tax return service
  • The tax return has been drafted/prepared/lodged, client are not satisfied with the amount of tax refund or tax payable
  • The tax return has been lodged, the tax return amended by Australia Taxation Office to be a non-tax resident tax return (i.e. working holiday visa holder)
  • For personal reason, client chooses to suspend or stop the tax service
  • Tax return process has started (i.e. Tax return drafted, contacted the Australia Taxation Office or providing tax information, etc.), and the client chooses to suspend or stop the service

Please note that ATO has the final right to modify the tax return, including tax residency status, and any other content in the tax return.

If a refund is required, the company will charge an administrative fee of AUD$50.
